Placing an Order
By placing an order through Interiortimes.ie website with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries other than the information provided on our website, please contact Interior Times by telephone at 062 61995.
By placing an order via this website you as the customer are making an offer to Interior Times to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in our order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an order number and confirmation that your order has been received. A contract between you and Interior Times for the sale of the products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed. Your Credit Card/Debit Card will be authorised when your order is placed.
All our products are subject to stock levels and availability at the time of ordering.The customer must be aware that we reserve the right to remove or change any product on our website.
In relation to fabric we can help the customer to calculate amounts of fabric for curtaining and upholstery over the phone or by email on the understanding that these are not our own measurements and we cannot be held accountable for any errors. For curtaining quotes please email your dimensions, rail width, finished drop and style of curtains required, French Pleat, eyelets, sheers etc. These are approximate and not binding.
All goods remain the property of Interior Times until paid for in full.Prices and availability are of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value. Please see our delivery times and charges.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

All our production lead times on furniture and upholstery are approximate at the point of ordering and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of those lead times.
Bespoke furniture items are made according to dimensions of your choosing. As they do not fall under our standard range, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure at the time of ordering that the dimensions are correct as they cannot be changed on commencing production. Please contact Interior Times for a bespoke quote.
The customer must ensure that there is appropriate access for furniture delivery at the point of ordering and that door heights, access points etc are checked in advance. We cannot be held responsible for difficulties with access on delivery.
